10 notes

I just opened my planner to write down an appointment (I’m your mom and it is 1989) and I found this page of barely legible notes I scribbled down while hanging out with Jolie on Wednesday night. I think it has something to do with the two images that defined us as people? I have no fucking idea! But I am giggling so hard about this right now. Whatever it is, I think we nailed it (and I also think I am obnoxiously high-concept).

Jolie:
Stevie Nicks looking through a tamborineLinda Ronstadt on roller skates
Tyler:
The graffiti on the wall behind the main characters of Reality Bites. But the whole wall. The cover of Exile in Guyville, which was a photobooth picture, and then an artist’s rendering of the other three pictures.
