Because I don’t understand anything, what would happen if Rahm Emanuel succeeds in obtaining an injunction that makes the CTU strike illegal? Scaring teachers to break the strike and go back to work in order to keep their jobs? Or are they fined? Wouldn’t that just create solidarity within the CTU, because how can the city and the school system replace the bulk of their staff?
