It’s either a testament to how long it’s been since I’ve bought a bottle of wine for myself or indicative of the fact that I have a problem, but I was honestly convinced that the bottles of Charles Shaw had gotten smaller while still being priced at $2.99. I got home and Googled “charles shaw smaller bottles” and got nothing. Then I Googled “standard bottle of wine size” and learned that 750 ml is, in fact, the norm. Now I feel silly for buying an extra bottle of wine as I anticipated finishing this silly little duckpin bottle of Pinot Grigio in under an hour.
(I will be putting ice in this because I will never get it to chill.)
